Discover how perfectly you are made. Learn how to recognize

that you have everything you need to live a wonderful life.

Co-Hosted by Azul Leguizamón & Nikon Gormley

What is this course about?

We are certain that if everyone really understood how beautifully we are made, how absolutely perfect the whole of creation is, including us, that our lives would be far less turbulent, problematic, frightening, full of worry, and insecurity.

We would love to have you join us as we pass on to you the best information we ever got…

  • Knowing that we are all exactly who we need to be, just as we are. We are not damaged goods. We are not incomplete. We don’t need fixing.

  • Knowing that we already have everything we need in order to get the most love and joy out of our time here on Earth.

How do you know if this course is right for you?

Have you ever wondered….

  • Why you can’t seem to forget the traumas you experienced?

  • Why you can’t seem to understand why some people are happier than others?

  • Why do things look different to us when we are in a bad mood compared to when we are in a good mood?

  • Why do you seem to always be feeling bad about the same things?

  • Why you are kinder to other people than you are to yourself?

If you are curious about any of the above questions, this workshop is for you.

How it works

Each week, for 4x weeks, we will meet for 90 mins online on Zoom.

At the start of each week, we’ll kick off with a specific topic/theme. And then we’l
l open the class to your stories, questions, and observations. We use a collaborative style of teaching because we believe it helps us collectively reach higher ground in our seeing and understanding.

Key topics we will be exploring together:

  • Living a wonderful life starts with understanding how well you are made

  • The ONE thing you actually control and how it helps you have peace of mind

  • Why we can’t have a better past?

  • Emotions are not the enemy. They are a built-in, flawless guidance system

  • Self-esteem is an inborn attribute of all human beings

  • We have more to say about the quality of our experience of life than we ever imagined.

  • We will explore the fundamental differences between pain and suffering.

What people are saying about Mavis Karn

Have you ever had a person in your life who loved you so unconditionally you felt able to relax and be completely yourself around them? Mavis has been one of those people for me for a number of years now. She's been my teacher, colleague, friend, and confidant. She's been my coach, sharing strategies during timeouts in the Great Game of Life. She's also been my secret weapon in those moments when it felt like I was going into battle.

Michael Neill
Internationally renowned author, speaker, and thought leader.

Mavis cares. Mavis sees the suffering of others with a sea of compassion. Mavis has seen so

insightfully that she is not broken and that the system works perfectly. She knows this is also true

for everyone. For this reason, she exudes hope for all who approach her and think they are

damaged in some way. May you be blessed by her presence and her understanding.

Dicken Bettinger

Psychological Educator, Co-author of Coming Home

I have worked with Mavis since we first opened the Minneapolis Institute of Mental Health in 1983. She was our social worker, trainer, supervisor and therapist. Everyone loved Mavis—staff, clients, the janitor because you always feel comforted, understood and nurtured in her presence. Since the days of the Institute, we have continued to do trainings, talks, co-therapy, and ran a private practice for many years. Mavis is one of my dearest friends and has helped most of my family and friends who I have referred to her over the years, making all our lives happier, wiser and more fulfilling. And now she has joined me in being an accomplished author. I will be forever grateful for her wisdom and heartfelt friendship.

Mavis is one of these rare human beings who inspire you just by showing up! The last couple of years I have had the joy of sharing Mavis with my groups of practitioners, and they are always blown away by her ability to share deep truths about life and how we work, in a simple and powerful way. Her kindness, authenticity and absolute knowing comes out in every word she says!

What people are saying about Azul

Being coached by Azul has been an incredible journey. I have loved every minute of it: from the powerful unexpected insights to the challenges that she’s gently invited me to explore over time, always guiding me to my own wisdom. Her authenticity, profound humanity and her incredible wealth of experience have deeply touched my life in so many positive ways. I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re looking for a way to reconnect to your own power,

to the very core of who you are look no further.

.Alessandra De Siati Tinucci

I have tried many different forms of therapy, life coaching, and meditation practices. Coaching

sessions with Azul have reminded me of the true meaning of life and what it means to be

authentically myself. She has been the only life coach to look up my Indigenous language to write

me a note of luck before a big life event; that small gesture of connection and care was so special and meant a lot. Azul sees you, all of you, and asks questions that help you tap into your true self.

I would show up to a session with anxiety and an uneasiness with life and leave feeling calm,

grounded, and like everything was just as it's meant to be.
