Parenting
What I Know Now I Wish I Knew Then

Parenting never really ends
Whether your children are small and need you every minute, teenagers pushing against everything, or adults already married and raising children of their own, parenting does not suddenly stop.
And neither does the worry. But what if parenting, at any stage, was never meant to feel this stressful?
A great grandmother and a young mother come together in this course. Between us are decades of lived parenting experience, from little ones to adult children, and many years of walking alongside individuals and families as mentors.
In our work, conversations about parenting often arise naturally, sometimes at the center, sometimes quietly woven into other life challenges. Over time, through our own families and through the many people we have supported, something has become clear:
Much of the weight parents carry comes from how we experience our thinking about our children, not from the children themselves.
What we´ll explore together
Over six weeks, we will gently explore together:
-
Parenting from fear versus parenting from love
-
The impact of constant concern and expectation
-
The illusion that we must choose between caring for them and caring for ourselves
-
How to meet difficult behaviour, at any age, without creating more struggle
-
Whether formulas truly help, or quietly move us away from our own common sense
This is a contemplative and practical space.
Not because we will give instructions, but because when understanding deepens, practical wisdom naturally follows.
This program brings together what we have lived and what we have seen in the lives of many others, so that more parents can access clarity more quickly, without years of unnecessary stress.
Bring your questions. Bring the situation that feels hardest right now.
If you are longing for parenting to feel clearer, lighter, and grounded in your own inner wisdom, this space is for you.
